Nightmare Series. <Don't Go There> EP01

"I shouldn't have gone there."

I was trying to find my way out of the dark parking garage on my bicycle. I rode around for a while, but I couldn't see an exit or anyone. Then, I reached the end of the parking garage, a dark and deep area.

Thinking, “Is it that way?”, I got off my bike and slowly walked in. But a woman peeked out of a small door in the corner and stared at me. I was so startled that I froze, but I managed to turn around and sped away on my bike in the opposite direction.

The sound of high heels didn't fade behind me and kept following. I pedaled frantically. Then, I saw my apartment door in the darkness. I threw my bike away, flung open the door, and hid in a corner. I desperately hoped nothing would happen.

Click. It opened the door and came in. It sniffed around and looked around, then pounced on me like a beast. I couldn't scream in pain as my neck was being squeezed. It pressed down on me and screamed in a voice that seemed to tear through my throat.

“Who are you! Show me your face!”

Then, I woke up from a sleep paralysis. “Ah, it wasn't over yet…” Usually, even when I have sleep paralysis, I never open my eyes, but this time, I don't know why, but I opened my eyes. A black object was pressing down on my neck, screaming at me to show my face. Panic surged through me with the fear that “I might die.”

How long did it last…

My cat woke me up by shaking me, and I was finally able to escape. I was so dazed for a while that I couldn't tell if it was a dream or reality.
